These terms apply to every order placed via the POW!Panel webshop, operated by:

By placing an order you accept these terms. POW!Panel may update them; the version in force when you order remains applicable to that order.

The shop offers standard stock products and custom products made to your specifications. For custom orders you provide dimensions and options; you are responsible for their accuracy.

All prices are in euro, including VAT, excluding shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. The price at the time of order is binding.

Order flow: product choice (and optional configuration), cart review, your details, payment method, payment, order confirmation by e-mail. The contract is formed upon order confirmation.

Payment is online before shipment or before production starts for custom products, via Bancontact, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Orders are not processed until payment is received.

After successful payment you receive an invoice by e-mail.

Standard products are shipped within about 5 working days after payment. Custom products need extra time for design, production and checks; the estimated lead time is shown when ordering.

Delivery is to the address you provide. POW!Panel is not liable for carrier delays outside its control.

For standard products, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You notify us within those 14 days and then return the product within 14 days, in original condition.

Exception: custom products. Products made to the customer’s dimensions or specifications (via the configurator) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. You are informed of this before completing a custom order.

How to withdraw. For standard products you may withdraw using the model form below, another unambiguous written statement (e.g. e-mail to info@powpanel.be), or the withdrawal button in your customer account under “My orders”. That option asks for your name, order number and e-mail address, then a confirmation click; you then receive an automatic e-mail confirmation with the time and content of the notice, as proof that you withdrew in time. The button appears only for orders with standard products within the 14-day period, not for custom orders. Using the model form is not mandatory for you, but POW!Panel must offer it.

All products carry the legal 2-year warranty for defects present at delivery. This does not cover misuse, normal wear, or - for custom products - dimensions you supplied incorrectly.

Complaints: info@powpanel.be, with your order number. We handle complaints within a reasonable time.

POW!Panel’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Disputes: first contact info@powpanel.be. Otherwise the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman. Belgian law applies; Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
