We process data needed to handle orders and delivery; invoicing (including via Billit where required by law); custom dimensions for Onshape production; customer accounts (e-mail and hashed password); payment via Mollie (we do not store card numbers); and technical/cookie data for security and site operation.

Invoices: 7 years. Account data while the account is active (plus any legal residual period). Custom configuration data without a completed order: maximum 2 months.

We never sell your data. We only share with processors needed for the service: Mollie (payments), Billit (invoicing), Onshape/PTC (parametric CAD for custom), and hosting providers.

Onshape may process data in the US under GDPR safeguards (including SCCs). Mollie and Billit operate in the EU.

Self-hosted VPS, HTTPS, hashed passwords, and limited admin access.

Necessary cookies always run. Non-essential cookies only with consent via the cookie banner (when enabled), and can be withdrawn.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where applicable, via the contact above.
